Travel
Located just under a hour's drive from Palma airport. Taxi fares are about 65 Euros. Car hire is not essential as plenty of amenities are within walking distance, but there are car rental offices nearby if you want to explore the delightful small towns and villages or visit the wide range of resorts nearby.
Distances
You can easily walk in to the family resort of Cala Egos with its restaurants, bars and shops in about 5 minutes. A similar distance the other way brings you to Cala d'Or Marina with great restaurants and bars. There is also a little road train which can take you around Cala d'Or and into the nearby resorts. Its only a 3 minute walk to a well supplied supermarket.
Further details
Cala d'Or is a delightful resort with a wide range of entertainment and dining to cater for everyone. The Marina offers the chance to eat and drink alongside the glamorous yachts moored there.
