Country location. A truly relaxing and spiritual environment. The detached cottage is ideally situated down a quiet country lane just 1.8km from 14th century town of Santa Eulalia, east of island. Located above San Carlos road, yet only 3 mins by car to town centre, luxury marina & beaches. Lush Mediterranean plants fill the gardens (½ acre, 2000m2). Accommodation is on one level. 3 bedrooms: 1 large double, 1 double en suite, 1 twin, 2 bathrooms, large lounge with large L-Sofa, fully equipped modern kitchen, large dining room & separate utility room. TV/Sat, DVD and music system. The house is decorated with pictures & tapestries and feels really homely. Several terraces from which to enjoy either the BBQ seating or sunbathing areas outside the lounge looking on to the gardens. Air-Con is available. There is a pool, table tennis, basketball, badminton & volleyball. Adult & children's board games & books.

Changeover day
Saturday. Arrival is from 14.30. Departure is at 10.00 to allow for changeover.

Bathroom 2 - Stylish shower room, wc, raised sink on separate chest, mirror. En suite to bedroom 3.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, plenty of glasses, crockery, pans, pots, baking, serving dishes, tupperware; juicer, fresh coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc.
Utility Room: Laundry room with tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, ironing facilities, outdoor washing line.
Living Rooms: Large lounge, with view on to gardens, CD/tape music system with speakers, large display cabinet, large aztec style L-shaped sofa, chairs, large table, well decorated in cream with colourful pictures.
Large dining room seating 12, TV/Sat/DVD.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
White embroidered bed linen. Good quality towels provided. Towels are NOT provided for the beach. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Maid service is not included in price, but can be organised if required.

Notes on accommodation
This cottage is highly suitable for children as it is on one level and the garden is completely enclosed and level with the exception of three steps that lead from house to terrace and another three down to flat garden.
The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee plunger, fresh juicer, toaster, kettle, food mixer, microwave, plenty of crockery and cutlery, serving bowls, tupperware etc
Indoor and outdoor games: table tennis, badminton, volleyball and basketball. Children's and adult board games. Adult and children's books.
Air conditioning is available at 100 euros extra per week.

Outside
The gardens are a relaxing delight and extend to 2000 sq.m. (1/2 acre), well maintained with beautiful Mediterranean trees and plants: lemon, orange, banana, cactus, aloe, rosemary, bougainvillea, herbs. There are many different terraces surrounding the house with plenty of outdoor furniture, 6 sunbeds, 3 parasols, there is a small pool 2.5m x 4m. Outdoor basketball, badmington, table tennis, football goals.

Coast/Beach
As the island is small, journey times to beaches by car is short. Sta Eulalia beach is 2.5km - 4 mins by car, 15 minutes walk.
Sta Eulalia boasts a large, luxury marina, sports harbour and its own beach. The beautiful neighbouring beaches of Niu Blau, Saragamassa, Cala Pada 5 min by car. Beaches - sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, waterskiing and scuba diving schools. Ferry - services to Formentera, Ibiza, Cala Llonga, Tagomago. Padi Diving Centre in the Puerto Deportivo de Sta Eulalia.

Golf
Golf information - 7 minutes from Santa Eulalia, 10km distance from Sta Eulalia, is a 18 & 9 hole golf course, Club de Golf Roca Llisa, open all year round. It has one very difficult 18-hole course, and another 9-hole course more for beginners. You can have a peaceful round of golf here enjoying the pleasant temperatures.

Ibiza Golf is in the process of merging with the Roca Lisa Club, which with its 9 holes joined to the 18 of the Ibiza Club, will form a 27 hole complex. It is a relatively flat course, with wide fairways and very fast greens. The course is 18 hole, par 71, Mens Tees:- 5,842m. - 6,083m. Ladies Tees:- 4,980m. - 5,478m.
Cost: 9-holes is €54; 18-holes €86 (incl.lunch)

Special interest holidays
Horse riding - 5 minutes by car from the house is a horse ranch. They offer guided tours or private use of horses to ride along the many mountain paths or beaches

Football, tennis and leisure centre - 5 min walk from the villa is the Poliesportiu (sports centre), with an indoor swimming pool, gym, football pitch, and tennis courts.

Travel
Whilst a car is useful to tour the island, it is not essential, as the walk to Sta Eulalia town is 10/15 minutes and there are taxis, buses and ferry services available. Half-hourly buses to Ibiza and Es Cana, hourly at weekends. Nine a day to Cala Llonga in high season. Disco bus hourly through the night to Ibiza in high season Regular boat service to Es Cana, Cala Llonga, Cala Pada, Ibiza and daily to Formentera. Reasonably priced taxis, with rank at centre.
Car hire can be arranged.

Public sports centre, gymnasiums, massage centres.

Booking notes
To book this property, 33% of the total rent payable by electronic bank transfer in euros to secure booking.
The remaining 67% to be paid in the same way no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit of 700 euros/£500 to be paid on arrival in cash, to be paid back in full to the guest, providing that nothing has been damaged to the property or taken.
Air con is available at extra cost of 100 euros
per week. The security deposit is returned once the villa has been cleaned.
