Just 10-15 minutes from Puerto Pollensa this former Mallorquin Manor house which dates back to the 17th Century has been beautifully restored and renovated. Formerly a petit rural hotel the proud owners have decided to offer this as a six bedroom property. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathroom, air conditioning/central heating, Satellite TV and safety deposit box. The property has a stunning combination of old charm and modern opulence, which lends it an altogether unique feel. Throughout the house there are many quaint touches that demonstrate its origins. There are many beamed ceilings and polished stone flooring. Within the property there are four different little levels, connected by steps and stairs so the property is not really recommended for anyone who has mobility difficulties.

From the garden area and terraces we find a very pretty twin bedroom which has external access by a flight of stairs. Within the garden there are orange trees and palm trees. The private infinity pool is to the rear of the garden and the poolside terrace is adorned with comfortable sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
Originally a fishing village, the enchanting resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything, wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic cuisine and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The resort of Puerto Pollensa is arguably Mallorcas finest. Despite its success, Puerto Pollensa has managed to retain its charm and a somewhat understated character as well as its rather exclusive feel.
Golf
The North of Mallorca is spoilt for choice when it comes to golfing, the two places are the Pollensa and Alcanada Golf Courses.
Golf Pollensa is a nine hole course that is perfectly integrated into the beautiful local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia and s’Albufereta reserve.
Golf Alcanada is the only 18 hole course that is right by the sea. It has 58 well placed green side fairway bunkers, challenging greens with hidden breaks and difficult but fair tee shots, making this golf course a must for all experienced golfers travelling to Mallorca.

Entrance is through large wooden doors that open into an entrance hall, to the right of the entrance a wrought iron spiral staircase leads down to the old cellar basement and what was the original Bodega. From the entrance hall stone a archway leads through into the comfortable lounge area which has access to the garden, terraces and private swimming pool A small stone archway leads into the kitchen with beamed ceilings and its original stone sink. It is well equipped, electric oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. To the rear of the kitchen there is a cozy dining area. Up the first flight of stairs we find a very spacious double bedroom with open plan bathroom and walk in shower. There are two tiny balconies with the most spectacular views across the surrounding countryside, mountains and far reaching sea views. There is a second double which boasts its own private little terrace reached by wooden steps up from the bedroom and overlooks the garden. There are three more bedrooms, two doubles and a twin bedded room in this part of the property. All the rooms are individually decorated and have comfy seating areas.
