This is a whole other Mallorca, not far in miles but still a different world from the bustle and crowded beaches along the coast. The setting is magical, peace and tranquillity and spectacular mountain views in an area which is nevertheless a short drive to the picturesque villages and natural coves in the north. Manicured lawns and gardens full of colour stretch out around the house to the paved sun terraces and private swimming pool. Coast/Beach
Originally a fishing village, the enchanting resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything, wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic cuisine and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The resort of Puerto Pollensa is arguably Mallorcas finest. Despite its success, Puerto Pollensa has managed to retain its charm and a somewhat understated character as well as its rather exclusive feel.
Golf
The North of Mallorca is spoilt for choice when it comes to golfing, the two places are the Pollensa and Alcanada Golf Courses.
Golf Pollensa is a nine hole course that is perfectly integrated into the beautiful local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia and s’Albufereta reserve.
Golf Alcanada is the only 18 hole course that is right by the sea. It has 58 well placed green side fairway bunkers, challenging greens with hidden breaks and difficult but fair tee shots, making this golf course a must for all experienced golfers travelling to Mallorca.

If you or any kids or adults in your group wish to be active, there are numerous activities available to you around this area including trekking/hiking, climbing, rock scrambling, swimming, scuba diving, snorkelling, abseiling, paragliding, helicopter tours, mountain biking, kayaking/canoeing, caving and horse riding. This delightful, spacious Finca has been designed and built to a high standard and decorated with the perfect blend of traditional Mallorcan farmhouse and all the style and comfort of modern living. High beamed ceilings and polished terracotta tiled floors lend rustic charm to the 190 m2 of living space distributed over two floors. The large open plan living area takes up most of the ground floor. There is a cosy seating area with a cast iron Jotul style fireplace and a deep L shaped black sofa around the Sat TV/DVD. An open kitchen beyond the dining table is separated from the rest of the room by a high white tiled breakfast bar and fitted white units, fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. A second sleek modern kitchen with black gloss surface tops and chrome fixtures looks out to the garden. French doors all along the room open out to a deep pillared porch. Wonderfully elegant garden furniture and long draped curtains give the area a serene Zen like quality.
The house sleeps six in three bright sunlit and tastefully decorated rooms with white drapes and linen. There are two double bedrooms, one single and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the two other rooms share the use the remaining two. All the rooms have air-conditioning.
