Talamanca beach is minutes away, with its restaurants, mini supermarkets and bars. All other beaches could be reached by car 5-15 minutes drive.
Travel
Ibiza airport is 7km away.
Car is not necessary as everything is so conveniently closeby. There is a good taxi / ferry / bus service to Ibiza town.
To truly explore all aspects of Ibiza, car is strongly recommended.
Distances
From the Townhouse to Ibiza Town takes 3-4 minutes by car.
Talamanca beach and Marina Botafoc are just couple of minutes walking distance.
Booking notes
To book this property, we require 50% of the total rent payable by electronic bank transfer in euros.
The remaining 50% to be paid in the same way no later than 45 days prior to the date of arrival.
Security deposit of a 1000 euros (or equivalent in esterling)is payable on arrival in cash, to be paid back in full on departure, providing there was no damage done to the property.
