Outside
There is a large paved patio of 40sq.m with beautiful plants.
Two of the bedrooms have a terrace each. Roof terrace is some 60sq.m, ideal for sunbathing. Off street parking free of charge.
Coast/Beach
Talamanca beach is 2 minutes away walking distance, with its restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water sports. Numerous other beaches could be reached by car, 5-15 minutes drive.

Roca Llisa golf club is 15 minutes drive
Distances
From the Townhouse to Ibiza Town takes 3-4 minutes by car, walking distance about 15 minutes.
Talamanca beach and Marina Botafoc are just couple of minutes walking distance.

There is no need to post the shoes back that we forgot to pack. You can just throw them out.
