Marina D'Or II is a prestigious development of privately owned townhouses and apartments. We have been informed that this is one of the best houses in the complex for its position and beautiful decor. Set amidst tropical landscaped gardens. Located in a prime position with the nearest beach Cala Es Pou less than ten minutes walk away and the famed Cala D'Or Marina just two minutes walk. A variety of shops and restaurants are also within short walking distance from the complex. The resort is particularly popular with families and the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The villa is maintained to a very high standard as it is primarily a private holiday home for our family and used by us on a regular basis.

Bedrooms: 1 Twin and 1 king size bedroom downstairs. 1 upstairs bedroom with king size bed, dressing area, CD/tape player and large en-suite bathroom with double sink unit. Off main bedroom is a gallery area overlooking lounge, and balcony overlooking the pool.
Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms (1 ensuite). Both with showers over bath.
En suite has double vanity sink unit. Downstairs bathroom also has bidet.
Kitchen: Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker and well equipped with crockery, glasses etc.
Utility Room: Utility room with washing machine and sink.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with seating for 6. Full size dining table. large L shaped sofa, TV, DVD, digital TV, CD and tape player. Selection of books, cd's and dvd's for clients use. Also selection of games for children.
Other: Private garden and patio. Garden hedged and planted in shrubs, also grass area. Mosquito screens fitted to all windows. Just across the road is a new indoor 25metre swimming pool and a childrens pool, also a gym. Next door to this is the Tennis Club.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Weekly cleaning, linen provided. (Not beach towels)
Extra cleaning and linen changes can be arranged at extra cost, payable locally.(No cleaner for 1 week rentals)

Cot & high chair are provided free of charge.

Private hedged and walled garden with patio area. Balcony to front overlooking pool on 1st floor. Table and chairs with sun-loungers. Gated access to five large pools and two childrens pools set amidst landscaped gardens. Poolside showers. Private car parking facilities.

Coast/Beach
There are seven sandy beaches in the vicinity of Cala D'Or, two of which are five minutes walk from the complex.
An information folder is left in the house for the use of guests which includes extensive information about the island, activities available, places to visit, train and bus time tables and general information about appliances in the house.

Golf
Vall D'or Golf Club, approx 10 minute drive, 2 kms from S'horta. Open all year, 18 holes.
Practice range, putting greens, carts for hire, clubs and bags for hire, balls for hire. Golf shop, clubhouse, changing rooms, showers, restaurant, bar, snacks.
Views from clubhouse are spectacular.

Special interest holidays
Ideal base for cyclists or golfers. Also superb for swimmers with new indoor laned 25metre pool just across the road also housing a gym. The Cala d'Or Tennis Club is next to the swimming pool where you can book courts and lessons.

Travel
40 mins from Palma Airport.
Car hire - A car is not essential but, if one is required a local firm can be recommended offering 24 hour airport service at very competitive rates.

Cala D'Or is a sophisticated resort situated on the South East coast of Mallorca, with a choice of seven sandy beaches. Horse-riding, tennis, bowling, deep sea diving, tennis, golf, scuba diving, discos, boat hire and watersports are all available locally. An indoor swimming pool is just across the road from the house.
The Marina at Cala Llonga is fast becoming one of the most cosmopolitan in Europe and is surrounded by an excellent choice of bars and restaurants offering local and international cuisine. There is a well maintained and attractive golf course about ten minutes drive away at Val D'Or. Cala D'Or's charming pedestrianised centre offers exclusive shopping boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and pavement cafes.

Booking notes
A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. Full payment required ten weeks prior to departure. A £200 security deposit is also required. This is refundable once a clear inspection report has been received after your departure.
