Notes on prices
Prices are for up to 4 people sharing the property per week in UK Pounds. Add £25pppw for 5 or 6 persons. Additional weeks attract a 10% reduction, as shown above. £100 Deposit per week needed to secure booking. Balance can be paid in instalments. Payments may be made by PayPal if convenient. Heating provided free for ‘out of season’ lets. No increase in pricing structure for 2009.

Notes on accommodation
Car hire not essential, but recommended, and can be arranged on your behalf if you wish. A set of maps of the island will be available to borrow along with tourist guides. Buckets and spades and other toys available. No smoking inside the apartment please. No pets. A bookable babysitting service is available. 13A UK socket adaptors provided. Buses run from Son Parc to Mahon and Fornells daily.

Outside
Terrace and barbecue area equipped with new patio furniture. Well maintained communal gardens, sun terraces and swimming pool area. The two new sunloungers can be taken to the sun terraces/pool area if you wish. There are 3 pools to suit all ages and abilities. Tennis court available, along with racquets and balls to borrow.
Coast/Beach
Blue flag safe beach of Son Saura del Nord (Son Parc) only 5 mins stroll away, or you can drive (also takes about 5 mins) to extensive car park right on the beach next to a good snack bar. A Red Cross post is manned during the summer months. Other remote beaches only a short 20 mins stroll away over the headland. A directory of the islands best beaches is provided along with a cool box, sand mats and a parasol for these excursions.
Golf
One mile from the only golf course on Menorca. This has now become a full 18 hole course.
Travel
Fly to Mahon Airport, which is about 25 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended and can be arranged on your behalf. You will be met at the airport or ferry terminal by the owners who will hand you the keys and directions to the apartment. Airport transfers can be arranged if car hire is not required.
Distances
Anywhere on the island can be reached within the hour by car. Detailed maps of the whole island provided along with tour guides. Menorca has benefited recently from a major road improvement scheme and Son Parc in particular is now very well served.
Further details
Local shops, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and a cash machine etc within walking distance on the Son Parc development. Diving, wind surfing, sailing, walking, bird watching, pony trekking all available locally. The golf course restaurant has an internet access facility. The English owners are resident on the island and can be contacted during the day, to ensure that you have a trouble free vacation. Details of all the summer fiestas are in the information pack along with a host of other activities to make your stay truly memorable. Why not come and see the Mahon Semana Santa Easter Holy Week Festival. Once seen, never forgotten.

House swap considered (not necessarily simultaneous) for a couple of weeks in the months between (and including) October to April each year. Major cities of the UK and Europe considered and sleeping capacity of 2/4 required.
