Changeover day
Flexible. The apartment will be available from 14:00 on your arrival day and you should depart by 10:00 on your departure day unless by prior arrangement.

Bathrooms: Bath with power shower, wc, washbasin, bidet.
Additional separate wc.
Kitchen: Fully fitted including fridge, freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle.
The cooking equipment and dining accessories are to a very high standard.
Utility Room: Washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: 2 three seater comfortable sofa's, 2 coffee tables, dining table and chairs, CD/tape/radio system, DVD player. A/C, Patio doors leading to terrace with additional table and chairs.

All linen and towels, including beach towels are provided.

Outside
The large Barbeque terrace which is in addition to the terrace off the lounge has a large ceramic/metal table and 6 chairs and is surrounded by mediterranean plants. An outside staircase leads to the top roof terrace which is equipped with sunloungers and has stunning views to the sea and mountains. None of the terraces are overlooked.

Coast/Beach
Lots of wonderful beaches and coves to choose from, Mondrago is a must set in a natural park area with fine food and drinks available on the beach. All within a 1 to 10 minute drive, walk or use the road train even if you don't have children it's fun!

Golf
One of the best courses in Mallorca is only a 10 minute drive. www.valldorgolf.com Great to visit even if you don't play, good views and food.

Travel
Palma Airport 58km about 40 minutes drive. Transport can be arranged.

Probably the best beaches in Mallorca with superb countryside and interesting villages. Excellent local restaurants and places just for drinks or tapas. Leisure centre with 25 metre pool and gym etc. Boat charter, diving, snorkelling, fishing, windsurfing, boat trips, tennis, basketball, golf, cycling, and horse riding etc.

The apartment key along with the remote control for the parking area gate will be posted to you along with directions etc.
You are responsible for arranging any insurance that may be necessary.

Thank you for allowing us to use your very pleasant and well equipped home in Mallorca. It certainly ticked all the boxes for us! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the terrace area enjoying a BBQ, drinking wine and playing cards into the late evening. The beaches, shops, bus stop, taxi rank, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance, so we didn't need a car. We would very much like to book again soon!! - Jane and Chris.

We liked the apartment and area so much we have now bought our own, - David, Linda and family.

Fantastic apartment and amazing large pools, it was everything we could have wished for with lots of outside private space and it was just magical sitting on the BBQ terrace with a glass of wine watching the sunset and listening to the crickets, - Dianne and Paul.
