Ground floor, front line apartment in a residential area at the mouth of Mahon harbour. The apartment is ground floor of a 3-storey block built in typical Menorcan style some 20 or so years ago. There is a large front terrace that overlooks the water. The apartment is a short step from the little cove at Sol del Este. The cove is a mix of some sand and rock with decking for sunbathing. Great for a quick dip or snorkelling around the cove. The apartment is furnished to provide comfort and style for our visitors.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. We have some flexibility on changeover days except for the month of August.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has an air-conditioning/heating unit in the main living area with fans and heaters provided for the bedrooms. There is a hair dryer supplied. On request we will be happy to email you further photos of the accommodation.
Outside
Sunbeds are provided on the front terrace along with patio furniture for use on either the terrace or rear communal garden. We have a small portable barbeque for the use of visitors.
Coast/Beach
Apart from the little cove at Sol del Este which also has a bar and restaurant, Punta Prima, Sant Luis offers a large beach of fine white sand, bars and shops approximately 10 minutes by car. Sa Mesquida and Es Grau beaches are lovely sandy beaches which offer less in the way of bars and shops and more in the way of unspoilt charm, both are approximately 20 minutes by car. There are many beaches on Menorca from tiny coves to large stretches of sand - something to suit almost everyone.
Golf
Son Parc 18 hole Golf Course is approximately 25 minutes drive, and offers a well maintained challenging course, with driving range and pro-shop.
Travel
Mahon Airport is 15 minutes drive to the apartment. Car Hire is strongly recommended as there is much to explore on the island with nothing being much more than an hours drive.
Distances
The picturesque harbour of Calas Fons is a 5 minute walk and well worth the visit with its collection of waterside restaurants, bars and shops. Es Castell is a 6 minute walk and Mahon, the capital of Menorca, with its lovely shady antique streets is 5 minutes by car.
Further details
There are several diving centres in the area with PADI qualified instructors offering courses for complete beginners (including juniors) to cave dives for the more experienced diver. Sol del Este has a local shop as well as a couple of bars. Es Castell has supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants and cafes.
Booking notes
Completion of Booking Form and 20% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance/full payment to be received six weeks prior to departure date at which time directions and details of access arrangements to apartment will be given.
