The Penthouse enjoys a secluded position on one of the numerous small bays or Calas which are dotted along this part of the coast. The Penthouse has magnificent views over the resort, the hills behind the harbour entrance and out to the ocean. Across the road from the building lies a small, sandy beach which is clean with plenty of amenities. Cala D'Or is one of the white villages so-called because of the unique Ibizan-styled cube architecture, of snow white buildings with flat roofs.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible.

En Suite Bathroom is beautifully tiled with double sink unit and shower and toilet. The other bathroom is located next to the twin bedroom. |

The kitchen is fully equipped with china, glass and cutlery and is fitted with an electric hob and oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher and a microwave. |
| Living Rooms: |
The lounge is well appointed with satellite television, video and CD player it has a large french window to the outside dining area and terrace. |
Cleaning/towels/

The property is cleaned once a week and all bedlinen, towels etc changed. |

The Penthouse has air conditioning in each room which is individually controlled. It has an open plan kitchen with dining area.

Outside
The Penthouse has a large outside terrace which encompasses the entire building with an outside shower to cool off, a spacious covered dining area with a built in Barbecue. There are sun loungers and a hammock to lie on and bask in the sun.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 beaches within close proximity to the Penthouse or Cala D'Es Pou is virtually across the road and Cala Egos is a 5 minute walk from the Penthouse.
Golf
There is a championship golf course only 10 minutes away.
Travel
Palma and the airport are approximately one hour away. Car, scooter and bicycle hire is available from the airport or locally. Car hire is not essential unless you want to see some of the beautiful hidden secrets of Mallorca. Collection and delivery from and to the airport can be arranged.
Distances
There is a small shopping plaza nearby with a choice of shops and restaurants.
