Accessibility
Road level access with only (2) 150mm step to negotiate to single level accommodation.
Outside
West facing balcony with table and 4 chairs where visitors may enjoy "happy hour" relaxation and spectacular Menorcan sunsets. Small East facing terrace where it is possible to barbecue, eat al-fresco, sunbathe or chill. Loungers available for use on sea-front lawned area.
Coast/Beach
Deep, crystal clear, water ideal for swimming and snorkling may be easily accessed approx 30m from the apartment. Cala Tirant is 10-mins stroll from the apartment and the shallow waters provide safe bathing for all ages and some fun surfing when the wind gets up. There is a small hotel and snack bar 1-mins walk from the apartment where a pool may be used FOC when eating or drinking at their facilities.
Travel
The resort is 30-mins drive from Mahon airport or Port and car hire is strongly recommended but not essential. There is a daily bus service to Fornells, Son Parc and Mahon.
Distances
Playas de Fornells is 5-mins drive, 30 mins walk (along the shoreline and over the hill - daylight only) or 40-min walk (through the complex and along the lighted footpath) from the fishing village of Fornells with its picturesque harbour and numerous restaurants. Fornells harbour extends into a large, naturally protected lagoon which is perfect for watersports. Windsurfing, sailing and diving schools may be found along the waterfront and motorboat and kayak hire are also available.

Most amenities are covered on site including supermarkets, car and bike hire and a good selection of friendly bars and atmospheric restaurants. 7-kms away is the small market town of Es Mercadal with a very well stocked supermarket, street cafes, bars and some of the best restaurants on the island. Visitors who have hired a car can enjoy the idyllic beaches of the North coast, the pine-clad South West coves, the unspoilt interior, the picturesque ports of Mahon and Cuitadella, the typical Menorcan small towns and much, much more.
