We are situated on a quiet and beautifully kept complex of 55 apartments on a headland overlooking the beach below. All amenities are a short walk from Rosas Del Mar. The apartment faces the swimming pool and we have a sea view from the balcony.

Changeover day
Our changeover day for 2008 is a Friday, all guests should vacate the apartment on the day of departure by 12 noon.

Notes on accommodation
Cot and highchairs are available from our caretaker.
We have a English speaking caretaker on site during work hours, who is also available in case of problems or emergencies.
Outside
Beautifully kept gardens and a large swimming pool and kiddies pool area. BBQ's are held and arranged by the caretaker during the summer season. There is also a bar for use by guests only. There is also a paddle tennis court.
Coast/Beach
Our beach is at the bottom of the steps (5 minute walk), there are two other beaches within walking distance and many other superb beaches within a ten - 40 minute drive.
Golf
There is an excellent golf course at Son Parc about 40 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
The location and island is ideal for walking holidays or scuba diving holidays plus relaxing beach holidays for families with small children.
Travel
Nearest airport Mahon. (we are 45 mins from the airport). Taxis are available but car hire is recommended. We are happy to quote you.
Distances
Nearest village Calan Forcat / Los Delphines 5 minute walk or Historic town of Cuitadella ten minute drive or short bus ride.
Further details
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby with further choices in the main town. Nearby there is Trotting racing every Sunday, there is also an open air church.
Booking notes
A £50 deposit per week is required on booking and the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.
