This is a very safe, closed complex in a quiet area but a short walk from the beach. There is a kingsize bed, 2 singles (which can be put together to form a double), a foldaway bed, and a sofa bed. 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Utility room with washing machine. There is a satellite TV and DVD. There are shops, bars, medical centre and restaurants. The seafood dishes served in these restaurants should not be missed.

Olympic sized swimming pool with jacuzzi and waterfalls, children's area, tropical gardens. Sunloungers and umbrellas provided. Gated complex provides security.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Cala Egos and Es Forti are a short stroll away.
Golf
7 minutes away there is an attractive golf course at Val d'or.
Travel
Palma airport is about 50 minutes away. Transfer from the airport can be arranged (approx 55 euros). A car is not essential as there are plenty of shops/restaurants close by. Underground Car parking space.
Further details
The resort is very private, there are no high rise buildings.
Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance becoming due 6 weeks prior to departure. We also ask for a £100 refundable deposit in case of damage.

1. Lovely luxurious apartment with everything required.
2. A great position with half sun and half shade balcony/patio.
3. Close to all amenities but also peaceful.
