Two bedroom ground floor apartment with very spacious rooms and patio with superb views overlooking marina and seaward entrance to harbour. Marina two minutes walk. Addaya has a small complex of shops and restaurant/bars and a dive centre shop. The sea and marina view we have all the time is the one that others like to use in their advertisement.

Mahon 20 minutes drive. Ciutedella 40 minute drive away. Allaior 12 minutes drive.

There are many beautiful beaches and coves within a 30 min drive. Addaya has a small complex of 2 shops and 4 restaurant/bars and a dive centre shop. There are large supermarkets at Alleior and Mahon. Many banks, shops, markets at Mahon and Ciutedella. Horse riding, golf, watersports, cricket club etc are all available within a short drive.
