There is a shared swimming pool in the garden and a dedicated underground parking space. The terrace offers spectacular views of the Tramuntana Mountains. The apartment is close to bus, train and tram routes, with a large selection of bars and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Notes on prices
The prices are based on 4 people sharing, a charge will be made to cover more than 4 people. Electricity, gas, linen, towels, beach towels & a clean at the end of the 1st week for 2 week rentals. Rentals of less than 7 days will be charged for cleaning & Meeting above the daily rate.
Changeover day
Changeover dates are flexible to suit both parties. Arrival time is 15.00 on the arrival day, departure time is 10.00, both are flexible depending on the guests flight times, but only if previously requested & agreed.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a twin and bedroom 3 is a double. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, with shelving and drawers incorporated. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has a spacious walk-in shower, wc and whb. The second bathroom is shared between the other two bedrooms and has a bath with shower fitment, wc and whb. Both bathrooms have storage provided. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob with extractor above. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, barbecue grill, juicer and blender. All cooking equipment, dishes and cutlery are provided. |
| Utility Room: | The laundry has a washing machine, clothes-drying racks and has a secure door leading to the terrace for easy access. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is open-plan and is equipped with TV, DVD player and Sky box. There is access to the terrace through 2 sets of patio doors. The seating consists of a 2 and 3 seater sofa, with a coffee table and occasional tables. |
| Other: | The dining area is part of the open plan living room and has a large, oval dining table, with seating provided for 6 people. There is an entrance hallway with a glass table and large mirror. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is spacious, light and sunny and based on an open plan design. It contains everything that is necessary a relaxing holiday.
Accessibility
This apartment block does not have wheelchair accessibility,and is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Outside
There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace, with a sun-blind for comfort and privacy. There is also a large parasol for extra shade if needed as the terrace receives sun most of the day in the summer months. There are 4 large sun-loungers and 3 smaller ones for sun-bathing and relaxing, with a table for drinks, books etc. There is a shared swimming-pool in the garden in front of the apartment.
Coast/Beach
The beaches at the Port of Soller are 15 minutes walk or can be reached by tram or car from Soller. The beaches are safe and great for snorkeling. Pedalos are also available for hire and there are a number of restaurants and cafes at the beach for easy dining. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire at a reasonable cost. The port is a busy area with bars, cafes, restaurants and shops for visitors to enjoy. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and can be viewed from the beaches.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within a 30 minute drive, the nearest being Son Termens 15 minutes away.
Special interest holidays
Close to the apartment are the Tramuntana Mountains which are ideal for hill walkers and mountain-bikers. Bikes can be hired locally in Soller Town and down at the Port. Swimming, sailing, canoeing , yachting and leisure trips can be done in the Port.
Travel
Palma International Airport is the nearest and is 30 minutes drive to Soller. There is also a port in Palma which is 40 minutes drive from Soller. Car hire is available at both places but is not essential unless wishing to tour the island.
Distances
Soller Town is 5 minutes walk and the Port and beaches 15 minutes. Deia and Valldemossa are worth a visit as they each have something different to offer and are set in amazing scenery.
Further details
There are a large number of local shops, including a supermarket, for shopping and perusing. There are also many cafes, bars and restaurants for dining close by. Soller town has 14 different banks with cashline facilities.

A deposit of 30% will be required and is payable four months before arrival, cancellation 4 -8 weeks 50% refunded, 2 -4 weeks 25% refunded, less than 2 weeks - no refund. The balance of payment is required two months before or by agreement.The apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs or children under 5 years of age.

About the owner
We have been going to Soller for more than 14 years and owned property there for 12 years and consider it our second home. It has all the amenities of our house in Scotland, so we spend a good deal of time there. We have many friends and generally love the area, especially when our grandchildren are visiting, enjoying village activities and swimming at the beach at Port Soller.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We fell in love with the Soller area after visiting friends who had moved there earlier, then decided to buy property. This is our second apartment as we sold our first one to move to a new, south-facing apartment. The scenery from the terrace is spectacular, with great views of the Tramuntana mountains. There are many restaurants and bars close by in both Soller town, about a 5 minute walk, and Port Soller which is a 15 /20 minute walk. Alternatively, it is possible to take the local tram which passes the end of the street to both the village and the Port.
Unique benefits of the property
The airport at Palma is 30 minutes away by car or taxi. A regular bus service runs from Palma Airport to Palma Interchange where a bus goes to Soller town. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the bus terminus. There is also a train to Palma which goes through the Tramuntana Mountains, giving beautiful views of the Soller valley. On Saturdays there is a market in Soller town, selling local produce and a great variety of goods associated with a market. The beach in Port Soller hires out sunbeds & umbrellas at a reasonable price, with cafes, shops and restaurants close by. Within 30 minutes drive there are 8 golf courses, the nearest being at San Tremens. For hill walkers, many walking routes into the Tramuntana Mountains start within a few hundred yards of the property.
