Son Canals is a unique mews style development of great character located opposite the famous Hotel Residencia, and a couple of minutes walk from the village. The property has spectacular views of the mountains, the village and church opposite at the top of the hill, when lit at night looks stunning and the terraces with olive trees leading up to it. A beautiful place to paint, write or enjoy wonderful walks.

7 minutes drive to the beach, 2 restaurants, small pebbly cove. Beautiful 20 minutes walk to beach.
Travel
Palma airport is 40 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Deia village - 2 minutes. Valldermossa 10 minutes (car). Soller 15 minutes (car). Palma town 30 minutes (car). Very good bus service. Trains from Soller to Palma.
Further details
Small very well stocked supermarket, 2 banks, 16 restaurants offering international cuisine to simple pizzas. Famous Hotel Residencia. A couple of bars which have live bands at the weekends in the summer. Small village with lots of unusual gift shops selling local artists work. Village is full of artists and writers, actors and musicians. Robert Graves, buried in local church. Musuem now open. Art exhibitions in hotels and galleries. Wonderful for painting, birdwatching, hiking, diving, concerts, mountain-biking, tennis, sailing and boating and of course relaxing and eating.
Booking notes
£250 deposit is required and full payment should be made 8 weeks before arrival. A breakages deposit is required 2 weeks before your departure. All payments to be paid by cheques.
