This beautiful spacious apartment with two balconies is set in beautiful gardened grounds, with a freshwater pool, and plenty of sunbeds. Set in a small private complex with only 24 apartments, only 5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa beach and town, and 5 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa golf and country club. Santa Ponsa is approximately 20 minutes drive from Palma airport. Secure/gated parking space. Apartment has all mod-cons and furnished to a very high standard, with TV, hi-fi, DVD player, UK Sky box and Freeview channels. Wireless wi-fi connectivity
The bedroom has a spacious 6' Queen size bed with matching wardrobe, bedsides and 6 drawer chest. 2 doors lead out onto the balcony with views over the pool and grounds. There is also a double sofa in the lounge which converts to a sofa bed if required.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a corner shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
The spacious kitchen area includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor. The breakfast bar seats 4, and double doors lead onto the large balcony where there is a table and 4 chairs.
2 seater sofa bed and 2 armchairs, TV, CD player, DVD player, UK Sky box and Free view installed. Wireless wi-fi installed. Doors lead out onto a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
On arrival the apartment is cleaned and beds are made with fresh bed linen. Bathroom towels are also provided. We do not suply beach towels.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. One week - 7 nights stay, and is for the apartment regardless of whether there are 2 or 4 staying. Extra nights can be worked out on a pro-rata basis. 2 extra nights high season in 2014 is £165. (based on high season rates of £575 per week). If the dates you require are not listed then please contact us for a price. We don't work on a Saturday to Saturday basis, which enables you to book flights and plan your holiday to suit you.
Arrival and departures are flexible, and we do not work on a Saturday to Saturday basis, so you can book flights mid week or a time to suit you. Extra days can be worked out on a pro-rata basis. Please check the 'availability calendar'.
Bookings can be made by email, and are secured with a £200 deposit. Full payment must be received prior to arrival. Email us for full terms and conditions.
About the area
5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa beach. The beach is cleaned daily with sunbeds and Palm umbrellas. 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, regular entertainment and water sports.
Only 5 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa Golf and Country Club, which has 2 18 hole courses. There are also plenty of other renowned courses locally.
How to get there
20 minutes from Palma Airport.
Palma is 20 mins drive (approx 35 euros taxi). The exclusive Puerto Portals is about 10 mins (apx 25 euros taxi). Waterparks are approx 10 mins drive (approx 20 euros taxi). 2 local golf courses are 5 mins drive (apx 10 euros taxi). Only 5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa town with supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops. The main bus station and taxi rank is at the end of the road (200ms).
We also have another apartment in the same block which is above the 1 Bedroom. It's a 2 bedroom penthouse with private roof terrace (B2637) but is great for larger familes maybe wishing to take grandparents who are then ideally located in their own apartment below for baby sitting duties! but can retreat back to their own apartment for peace and quiet.

We are just back from a 6 night stay at this apartment. The location was perfect for peace and quiet however it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was as good as it looks in the photographs with a well equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Having sky tv box (for free uk channels) and wifi were an added bonus and air conditioning was an essential for the very warm nights. A lovely clean apartment and Julie who was there to hand over the keys and show us the apartment was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children and romantic getaway
