Facing due west, a sundowner watching the sunset is not to be missed. The villa is just a few miles from Sa Mesquida beach and the shops and waterside restaurants of Mahon.

Notes on accommodation
The house is not suitable for young children. There is a drop below the pool, the shallow end of which is 4 feet deep. We would advise a minimum age of 8 years.
Accessibility
The villa is on one level with a totally flat tiled floor throughout. Access to the front door is up four easy steps.
There is a two inch step over the bottom of the French doors onto the flat pool area.
Outside
Large private, heated pool with Roman steps at the shallow end, pool lighting. Extensive terrace area with gas barbecue, sunbeds, tables and chairs for dining outside. Outside lighting and a grass area fitted with automatic irrigation. The pool technician and the gardener may visit during your stay.
Coast/Beach
About 9 minutes to Cala Mesquida beach, and 12 to the lovely children's beach of Es Grau.
Golf
Son Parc Golf Course, a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Mahon airport is about 12 minutes. Car hire is essential - we can help and advise on flights and car hire.
Further details
We only rent out the villa for a few weeks during the season when we are not using it ourselves. It is advisable to book early, especially during the school holidays. The villa is not suitable for children under 8 (please see Accommodation Notes above). The house manager Eunice Kerr will prepare the villa for your arrival.

A widower, with adult children, who loves Menorca and takes great care of this villa, which you will find immaculate, even down to the sharp kitchen knives.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The location is ideal. Twelve minutes from the airport and yet quiet in Cala Llonga, which is safe and well kept. The supermarket is a five minute walk away, and the centre of Mahon a ten minute drive. The view from the villa is superb. High up and facing west the sun can be enjoyed all day, right through to an often brilliant sunset. The heated pool is long enough for serious swimming, and the villa cool, spacious, comfortable, all on one floor and well equipped.
Unique benefits of the property
Unlike this property, few others have the sun all day, few are on one floor, and few have such a stunning view. Cala Llonga is not a noisy holidaymakers ghetto, but an attractive residential area, called millionaire's row by the locals.
