Dear Anders - just wanted to say thank you - and sorry for taking so long to do so. We had a lovely holiday in your apartment. It was perfectly situated with a view which was just wonderful!
The weather on our first week was quite stormy and we really enjoyed watching the waves and the lightening. The second week was very hot and sunny and we thoroughly enjoyed just lying out in the garden. We watched a yacht race starting out - the first buoy was just in front of
us, which was fun, and over the fortnight we must have seen hundreds of boats of all shapes and sizes coming and going. Because it was quite stormy, we found that the s'Arenal beaches were perfect: it was too rough to bathe at Cala Marcal on quite a few days. Having both beaches very close by was excellent.
We visited the markets at Felanitx and Manacor, and went to Cala d'Or and the Caves of Drach: all well worth while.
We ate out every second night and didn't have one bad meal - we especially enjoyed the HPC.
I enjoyed walking in the area: the rest of the family were quite happy to stay round about the apartment and paint or watch the football!
