Double bedroom, spacious and tastefully furnished with new firm mattress. Fitted wardrobes with ample drawer and hanging space. 2 large windows, 1 with expansive views of the rocky coastline, the other with uninterrupted views of the sea.

Jacuzzi, bath/shower, wc, marble vanity, wall mirror all round. Washer/dryer, downlighter ceiling.

New open plan fitted kitchen with view out to Port. Granite work top with vitroceramic electric hob, dishwasher, wall oven and microwave, fridge/freezer.

Terracotta clay tiled floor, tastefully furnished lounge/diner opening onto terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco eating in subtle lighting overlooking port.

The description of apartment number 9 is identical to the above (no. 7) except apartment number 9 has twin beds whereas number 7 has a double bed. Also Number 9 is 4th and top floor of the building.

 

Notes on accommodation
Sofa bed could sleep two children.
Air conditioning / central heating.
The apartments are cleaned once a week. Towels and linen are provided and are also changed once a week.

Spacious terrace balcony for alfresco dining, seating 6 people.

Coast/Beach
The apartments are a 5 minute walk from a safe, sandy beach with paddle boats and reclining chairs. There is an underwater diving school in the port and holiday makers can hire sail surfers and there are boat trips along a beautiful rocky coastline to other beach resorts and coves.

Travel
The airport is a half hour drive by car. Car hire isn't necessary. If need be, there are local hire companies in the Port. There is a bus to Palma every hour from 7.00 am to 9pm and a regular service on a delightfully festive train that follows the edge of the sea to the town of Soller through orange and lemon groves. There is also a train to Palma from Soller. An English speaking driver called Toni can pick you up at the airport:contact direct taxisoller@hotmial.com

Distances
The town of Soller with its beautiful stone houses and lovely patios is 5 minutes away by car and has an old market selling fresh fish which you can also buy off the fishing boats in the Port.

Further details
These apartments are wonderful winter sun traps in autumn and spring. Walking in the surrounding Soller mountains along well market paths and highly recommended route information is available with booking.
The waterfront at the Port is lined with pavement restaurants and bars offering local wines, holiday cocktails and a delicious variety of cuisines. Outside the front door, the Santa Catalina restaurants offer a rich variety of specialityh Mallorca dishes. There are gourmet take-aways, supermarkets and a chemist and medical centre nearby.

The perfect Mediterranean climate of the Soller valley has nurtured the production of the finest oranges and lemons in the world. A relaxing holiday is assured, gazing at boats gliding in and out of the harbour, people watching by the water or in the cafes of the square of Soller. Relaxing on the beach or following one of the many picturesque paths in the Sierra D'Tramuntara mountain range that surround the lovely Soller valley.

Booking notes
A deposit of 50% at moment of booking and remainder a month before arrival. If you are booking well in advance 25% will be acceptable, built up later on to half.
