Changeover day
Friday preferably, but please contact owners to discuss if alternative day is required, as this can occasionally be catered for. Arrival time 2pm, departure time 10am, unless otherwise agreed based upon availability - at Owner's discretion.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen provided and apartment is cleaned to a very high standard at changeover. If stay is longer than a week, then a cleaning service/linen/towel change can be arranged, if required, at an additional fee. Beach Towels not provided. |

Apartment suitable for children. Sorry, no pets or smoking in apartment. 'Family only' bookings accepted. We consider property and grounds to be wheelchair accessible.

Outside
Enclosed private patio areas to front and rear of apartment. Patio table and chairs and relaxers. Shared pool for residents use only, approximately 15x7 metres, depth maximum 2.5 metres, shallow end 0.8m.
Coast/Beach
Closest Beach is approximately 5 minutes walk and is a small cove with sunbathing terraces, bar and restaurant.
Punta Prima, Sant Lluis is a large beach of fine white sand, bars and shops, easy parking, approximately 10 minutes by car. There is well over a hundred beaches ranging from tiny coves to large stretches of sand, there are beaches to suit almost everyone on Menorca!
Golf
Son Parc 18 Hole Golf Course is approximately 25 minutes drive, and offers a well maintained challenging course, with driving range and pro-shop.
Travel
Mahon Airport, the island's only Airport, is 10 minutes drive from apartment. Car Hire is recommended to explore the Island, but is not essential as there is a bus stop approximately 5 mins walk from the Apartment with regular buses into Mahon for onward connections to other parts of the Island.
Distances
Closest town to apartment is Es Castell and is only 5 minutes walk. Es Castell is steeped in history and military connections. There is a regular bus service to Mahon which is 5 minutes walk from apartment.
Further details
Es Castell has plenty of shops, including supermarkets, banks, and even an Internet Cafe! There are more than ample bars and restaurants to choose from (including a Chinese!) the closest being a quiet Italian Restaurant only 2 minutes walk from apartment.
Booking notes
Booking Procedure: Completion of Booking Form and deposit payment of £100 per week to hold. This fee will be held on account until and returned subject to confirmation from Management Company that there has been no breakages/damage/loss of keys.
Full Payment of total cost of accommodation to be received eight-weeks prior to departure date, at which time directions and details of access arrangements to apartment will be given.
Booking Fee of £100/week is non-refundable due to cancellation.
