Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Please add £30.00 for single week bookings. A Mothercare travel cot is normally available at a cost of £10 per week. For bookings over two weeks a discount will be negotiated.
Changeover day
Changeover days are normally Monday, Wednesday, or Friday but please ask if you require another day and we will endeavour to make arrangements for that day.

Coast/Beach
Es Grau is within a horse shoe shaped bay with gently sloping sand beach, which makes it very safe for children.Es Grau beach has been awarded a Blue Flag for the quality and safety of the beach. There are further beaches within walking distance, and two sandy beaches on Colon. From the house it is only a 3/5 minute walk down to the main beach. Menorca is known for its wonderful, and numerous, beaches which are all within short driving distances.The beach at Es Grau is particularly attractive.

Golf course at Son Parc approximately 35 minutes drive away.
Travel
Mahon airport is a ten minute drive away, as is the ferry port (to Barcelona/Valencia/Palma) in Mahon. We recommend that you hire a car although, during the Summer, there is a bus into Mahon.Further ferries are available from Ciutadella.
Distances
Mahon is a 10 minute drive away, with its numerous restaurants, shops, gin distillery, cathedral, fish market, general market, etc. The harbour of Cal Fons, in Es Castell, with its numerous waterside restaurants and shops is about 20 minutes away by car.
Further details
There are NO hotels, in Es Grau. There is a small, but well stocked, supermarket in the village where there is fresh bread daily. There is a restaurant at the waters edge, together with 3 bars that serve Tapas and light meals(particularly good for children). There are banks in Mahon and Es Castell.
Booking notes
Initial enquiries regarding availability should be by email, this will be responded to as quickly as possible. The dates agreed will then be reserved for 14 days while you forward a booking form together with a non-returnable 25% deposit. Your booking will then be confirmed. Final payment of the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to departure.
