Our villa offers comfortable spacious accommodation for 4/6 people, with modern kitchen and bathrooms. It has a large roof terrace with sea views, a large sunbathing terrace, with a shaded veranda and a private pool with Roman steps. The villa is surrounded by high walls for privacy. All of Cala'n Porters supermarkets and restaurants are within a short walk from the villa.

Air-conditioning is available at an extra £50.00 per week.
Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday but can be flexible outside peak times. Villa to be vacated by 10am, guests arriving from 2pm onwards.

Notes on accommodation
Please note the cost of the villa is based on 4 people, It can sleep up to 6 using the new sofa bed in the dinning area. An extra charge will be made for over 4 adult guests to cover laundry costs etc.
