Changeover day
Saturday is the usual change-over day. The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 to enable the cleaners to prepare the apartment for our next guests by 12:00.

Large, 18 sqm terrace with sun loungers, table & 4 chairs and direct access to the pool. Large, quiet pool (shared by only 20 apartments) with wide steps for easy access. Depth at shallow end of approx 1 metre - and of approx 1.6 metres at deep end. Beautiful and well maintained grounds and gardens.
Coast/Beach
Just a flat, 5 to 10 minute stroll to Cala Pada beach which is popular with families and has approx. 200m of fine, pale sand and shallow-water. Beach has sunbeds, umbrellas, windsurfers, catamarans, kayaks and pedalos for hire, plus water sport and scuba-diving schools. 2 fish restaurants and 1 bar on beach. Local ferry to Santa Eulalia. Coastal walks to Es Cana. Fishing nearby.
Travel
25 minutes (28km) from airport.
Regular bus services into Es Cana, Sanat Eulalia and the rest of the island are available. Good ferry connections from Sta Eulalia to other parts of the island including Cala Llonga, Ibiza Town and the beautiful, tranquil island of Formentera.

Santa Eulalia is a bustling, Spanish town with a beautiful beach, large marina, long promenade and a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars - banks and cash machines are also available here. Boat trips to Cala Llonga, Ibiza Town and the spectacular island of Formentera. Boat hire. Mini train excursions. Hippy market every Wednesday. Around the island, there are over 50 beautiful beaches. Accessible by car or taxi, there is horse riding, a waterpark, golf, tennis, sailing excursions, quad-bike hire, go-karting - plus dozens of spectacular coastal and inland walks.

£100 (per week) non-refundable deposit. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival (together with a damages deposit of £80 refundable on return of keys).
