Our holiday apartment at Son Parc is on the beautiful north coast of Menorca. The apartment is on the ground floor of the 2 storey Ses Anfores complex, a small select complex of 60 Spanish style terraced apartments with 2 large swimming pools, small children's pool and extensive sun terraces and garden areas. Also on the development is a tennis court. Our apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with all you need for a relaxing, self-catering holiday. The apartment living area opens on to a sun terrace, with pleasant views over the swimming pools, pine forests and low rolling hills to Monte Toro. The Ses Anfores complex is very close to the lovely beach of Son Saura, a beautiful shallow water blue flag beach, backed by dunes and pinewoods. A short walk across the headlands will take you to other beaches. Bars, restaurants/take away, entertainment and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance.

Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds - for up to 4 persons. Discounts are available for long winter lets.
Changeover day
Friday, though we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible and accommodate any reasonable request.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds with a further sliding base and mattress underneath.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans installed.

Outside
The complex has pretty gardens with lawns, shrubs and palm trees to create a tranquil and peaceful environment for complete relaxation. Also on the development is a tennis court. The apartment living area opens on to a sun terrace, with pleasant views over the 3 swimming pools, pine forests and low rolling hills to Monte Toro. The terrace has all necessary patio furniture and is complete with a built-in barbecue; a perfect place for dining, or to relax with a cool drink after a days sun bathing, swimming or sightseeing!
Coast/Beach
The Ses Anfores complex is very close; a 5 minute stroll - to a beautiful shallow water Blue Flag beach, backed by dunes and pinewoods. The beach is very long with water sports of all kinds. There are beach restaurants at each end. Despite all these attractions the beach seldom becomes seriously crowded, partly because of its size but also because of the nature of the resort.
Golf
Our apartment is within a 5 minute drive of the islands only golf course at Son Parc (open to the public). The course is pleasantly situated amongst pine groves. See the golf club web site for further information www.clubsonparc.com
Travel
Our holiday apartment at Son Parc is about a 25 minute
leisurely drive from the airport at Mahon.
Car hire is recommended though not essential.
Distances
The commercial area of Son Parc, including bars, restaurants/take away, entertainment and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. The popular resorts of Fornells, Addaia and Arenal D'en Castell are all within a 15 minute drive.

Booking notes
Deposit of 20% on booking. A security deposit of £150 and your balance payment is required 6 weeks prior to departure (security deposit is held as a separate cheque and returned 7 days after departure subject to no loss or damage). When your balance payment is received we will send you the directions to the property from Mahon airport, plus key details.
