Situated on in the quiet resort of Portinatx on the north tip of Ibiza boasting beautiful beaches and coves ideal for the perfect relaxing get away. Portinatx although generally a quiet resort has restaurants and bars and a small water park. There is no noise disruption at the accommodation. The nearest beach is 1 minute walk away and 80 metres away you can swim off of the rocks. Portinatx is the ideal place for families.

About the owner
This is my second property - I live in the same resort of Portinatx - I am an accountant of a international school and live in Ibiza all year round with my Spanish partner and our children.
Year purchased: 1980's
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
My parents bought 2 apartments in 1986 after a holiday in Portinatx - it is the most beautiful resort. Then in 2004 I moved back to the island and turned the 2 apartments into a 2 bed duplex each a complete new renovation and lived with my family for 4 years - we have now outgrown the house and live approx 1km away.
Unique benefits of the property
The proximity to the sea and beaches - like staying in a postcard. Although the urbanization does not have a private pool, there is a pool within walking distance which can be used at Apartments El Rey.
