First floor apartment situated on a small complex, at the eastern end of the Bay of Alcudia. The area surrounding Betlem is a part of Mallorca that has remained almost unspoilt. Betlem is situated at the foot of the 2 highest mountains in eastern Mallorca, and the complex is right next to a Nature Conservation Area.

Changeover day
Change-over day is flexible, although we would ask you not to book in before 3pm and to check-out by 10am.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes, french windows with views over the bay. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, french doors and views to countryside. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower, double sink and under-floor heating. Shower room with under-floor heating. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are provided in the communal laundry room. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge with dining area and french windows leading on to balcony over-looking the sea. Dining table and chairs, sofa-bed, easy chairs and occasional tables, TV, DVD and small music system. Balcony also has table and chairs to seat 6 people. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedlinen and towels are provided, but we would ask you not to take these to the pools or beach. |
Notes on accommodation
All members of the party must agree to abide by the rules of the complex (e.g no night time swimming or jumping off the waterfall; no BBQ's after 11pm).
Outside
Within the complex, there are excellent facilities which include: 24 hour security, beautifully designed gardens, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre with sauna and table tennis, large outdoor pool with waterfall, plenty of sun-loungers, children's pool and play area, barbecue area with plenty of shade.
Coast/Beach
Direct access to the sea from the complex.
Golf
Superb golf courses within a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Betlem is a 45-60 minute drive from Palma airport. A car is essential.
Distances
Colonia St.Pere is a 5 minute drive from the complex.The medieval town of Arta is only a 10 minute drive away.
Further details
Colonia St. Pere has a small, but well-stocked super-market, bank, doctors and pharmacy. It also has plenty of good restaurants, a sandy beach and a small marina. Larger super markets can be found about 20 minutes drive away in the busier resort of C'an Picafort, where watersports, horse-riding and Go-Karts can also be found.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% should be returned along with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
