A cosy fireplace defines the living rooms as a comfortable and inviting homely setting.

Further details
The area is famous for very beautiful sunsets and has very good restaurants such as Amarant, Silla de Bosc and possibly the best Chillout Sunset bar on the island ‘Sunset Ashram’.

50% deposit when booking the house (None refundable), when received in account, booking is guaranteed not before.
Payment of remaining 50% upon arrival. Also €500 deposit extra upon arrival is required in case of damages, but will be returned when checking out.

Hello! I'm a 41 year old music producer. I love Ibiza and I love living here, so I decided to move permanently to the island 4 years ago, after I had been hopping on and off this gorgeous island for the last 20 years. I specialize in music production - mainly Chillout.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
This area is, by far, my favorite location on the island because of its beauty and sunsets etc., therefore I chose to buy here. As nothing really is far in Ibiza, this location is in a very beautiful spot on the island and still only 25 minutes to all the things Ibiza town has to offer and 15 to San Antonio.
