This is a private property with one individual self contained luxury apartment, situated in a walled garden surrounded by palm trees, shrubbery and lawns, behind large gates. The panoramic view includes the lovely mountains that Ibiza is also known for and the beautiful Mediterranean sea. Access is along a small road that connects to the San Jose/Ibiza road. Opposite the property there is a Tennis/Country club, which is also a very pleasant place to visit. This apartment is well situated for people that would like a lovely surrounding with spacious and comfortable living, yet within easy travel, either by walking to the local village 'Can Belloterra' or by car to the towns and beaches. Swimming pool available to residents only. Suitable for the over 30's.

Changeover day
Access to the apartment is generally Saturday after 2.00pm on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 11am on the Saturday of departure. Where possible we will try to be flexible with these timings.

Travel
Ibiza Airport and the port in Ibiza Town are both within a 10 minute drive. There is a bus service within walking distance of the apartment. Car hire is recommended.
Further details
The local village provides shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within 5 minutes walking distance. Directly in front of the apartment is the famous Ibiza Club de Campo - with restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts, etc.
Booking notes
A 50% booking fee will be required upon confirmation, and is non refundable. The balance payable, to be received within a minimum time of 2 weeks before arrival when an additional Security Deposit of 40% will be required, which will be refundable within 7 days after departure, providing there is no loss or accidental damage.
Owner profile
About the owner
I have been the owner of this property for more than ten years. This area for me is the best, it is a neighbourhood as opposed to a more remote countryside residence, but when leaving the front gates, it is a very short drive, or a long walk, to a natural wooded countryside. Here, I believe one can have the best of both worlds and be quiet or social as required.
I will be available to give any guidance and advice that I can, I am very familiar with Ibiza and where possible It would be my pleasure to give any ideas needed on places to go, beaches, restaurants etc.
