There is a roof terrace which has views of the countryside and Monte Toro.

Maid service is provided once a week. All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided. These are regularly replaced to ensure pristine condition. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is child friendly as there are no steps within the villa or around the pool area. There is a patio table and chairs (to seat 12), sunbeds, relaxer chairs and parasols. A large barbeque is also provided.

Outside
The villa is set back off the road in beautiful grounds with rubber plants, palm trees, lemon trees and various tropical plants managed by an automatic irrigation system. The rear garden is well maintained with ample sun bathing terraces. The private pool is solar heated for extra comfort and is of a good size. There is a roof terrace with beautiful views of countryside and Monte Toro. (Please note the pool is solar heated so therefore relies on the sun)
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy cove of Cala en Porter can be reached within 5 minutes. There are also numerous other beautiful beaches on the Island some are remote coves and are worthy of a visit.
Golf
There is a golf course on the Island.
Travel
Mahon airport is within 10 minutes drive by car or taxi. Car hire is advisable.
Distances
The charming village of Sant Climent is within two minutes drive with a selection of shops, bars, banks and restaurants including live jazz throughout the summer months. Mahon capital is approximately 10 minutes drive with an extensive selection of shops, bars and restaurants and a local market.
Further details
There are tennis courts nearby in Son Vitamina. There are also horse stables nearby (approximately 2 mins drive).
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking with the balance due 12 weeks prior to departure. A £250 breakages deposit is required which is refunded on departure subject to no breakages or damage. Please note that the pool is solar heated and therefore is dependent upon the sun.
