Changeover day
Saturday is our preferred changeover day. However, other days may be considered by negotiation outside of the peak periods of June to August.

Apartment 1 (sleeps 4/6):

2 Bedrooms. 1 with double king size and 1 with twin beds (can be a double). Bathroom with basin, wc and bath/shower. Kitchen fully fitted with fridge/freezer, electric oven with hob and microwave. Utility room with washing machine, iron board and clothes airer. Lounge/dining room with sofabed. Sky Freeview satellite TV, CD and DVD player and safety deposit box. Private garden and terrace leading directly to the split-level swimming pools. Central heating, air conditioning and linen provided.

Apartment 2 (sleeps 4/6):

Large sun terrace 14' x 10' x 10' overlooking pool complex. Air conditioning and central heating, linen provided. Sky Freeview satellite TV, CD and DVD player.

Notes on accommodation
Children welcome, COTS and HIGHCHAIRS Can be provided at the cost of 40 Euros per week for a Cot and 25 Euros per week for a Highchair.--- Sorry, pets not allowed--

Accessibility
The 2 bedroomed apartments are on the ground floor.
The 1 bedroomed apartment is on the first floor.

Outside
Sun loungers and deck chairs are provided for use on the sun terraces, where you can have those great Mediterranean breakfast-and/or keep up that lovely sun tan. There are 5 split-level communal swimming pools set within the landscaped gardens. A large car park is available for use. The apartments are situated on the ground floor and lead directly from the private garden to the communal split-level swimming pools.

Coast/Beach
There are 7 sandy beaches within the vicinty of Cala D'Or, 2 of which are within 5 minutes walk of the apartments.

Golf
We have Valle D'Or our local 18 hole Golf course about 9km. away It is one of the best Golf Clubs of the island with an excellent Restaurant with breathtaking views.

Travel
The apartments are about 1 hour's drive from Palma Airport. Transport to and from the airport can be arranged by prior agreement and at additional cost.

A car is not essential, but if decide you require a car, car hire can be arranged for you for collection from the Airport at competitive rates.

Distances
The town centre of Cala D'or is about 10 minutes walk with its many shops, restaurants and vibrant night life.
2 minutes walk from the apartments is a supermarket, and a range of other small local shops.

Further details
Cala D'Or is a vibrant and delightful resort situated on the South East coast of Mallorca. It boasts 7 sandy beaches, warm blue sea and a Marina which is fast becoming one of the most cosmopolitan in Europe. The Marina itself is about 5 minutes walk from the apartments and is surrounded by a wide choice of bars, cafes and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines to suit all tastes. There is a very attractive golf course about 10 minutes drive away at Val D'Or. Out of season, this needs to be booked two months in advance.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking and the full balance is required to be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure. A refundable £100.00 damage deposit is required with the balance, which will be refunded on return of the apartment key.
