Two bedroom apartment within walking distance of the beach of Son Bou. It has a modern lounge- kitchen and a bathroom. Outside, there is a large garden, a beautiful shared swimming pool, but also being in a central location, close to all local amenities. The apartment is situated in a delightful garden area with palm trees and is a within easy walking distance of the long sandy beach (approximately 2 miles long). Son Bou has the largest and arguably the best family beach on the island. Ideal for beach lovers and families.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday. Other changeover days may be accommodated depending on availability. Rentals are from 14.00 on day of arrival to 10.00 on day of departure.

Outside
The apartment overlooks well maintained, spacious gardens and pool.
Apartamentos San Jaime complex includes a pool bar with a large swimming pool.A short distance away is Club San Jaime which is at the centre of the community with a supermarket, shops and another swimming pool with waterchutes, restaurant and pool bar. It is free to use all of the pools in the resort.
Coast/Beach
Son Bou, a long sandy beach is a 10 minutes walk past a nature reserve, sand dunes and a gentle sloping beach make for an ideal family holiday. Facilities include 3 beach bars, toilets and a life guard station. Sun beds and parasols are available to hire with local charge. If driving a large car park is alongside the beach.
Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 15 minutes by car/taxi, about 7 km. from the historic local town of Alaior and only 19 km. from Mahon. Here is a bus service to the main towns on the island. Bus stop 2 min walk from the apartment.Car hire is not essential but we can arrange for pick up at the airport or apartment.
Further details
Supermarket and small shopping area including medical centre and bakery all within 2 minute walk. This area also has public telephone and cash machine facilities. Scuba diving available with Son Bou Diving. Restaurants and bars nearby.

£100 non-refundable deposit payable on confirmation of booking. With balance due 8 weeks prior to the departure date from the UK. Please remember to arrange your own travel insurance.

We found the apartment to be extremely well kept and clean, and were pleasantly surprised to see that practically all the appliances were brand new! We had a wonderful holiday and because the apartment is a stones throw from (in my opinion) the best baby/toddler pool in Son Bou, we found the location absolutely ideal. I would also like to say a big thank you for being so accommodating after we had all the trouble with our outbound flight! I will be back in contact with you next year to re-book! The apartment was great very big and modern. Was clean and looked after.
Only a 5 minute walk to the town which was good and there's a lovely pool
