This villa stands out for its uncomplicated and easy interiors, for its tranquillity from its front porch and its pretty sea views. The villa has a road side parking area and there are some steps down to the main door. As everything is cantered on one floor, you have the living spaces to the right and the dormitories and bathrooms to the left. The lounge is comfortable and furnished with practical materials; from the lounge you can step out onto the large covered terrace with sea views, it has a built in bbq, and the terrace is furnished for six diners and there is also a handy sun canopy. Back inside the lounge, leading off from the left is the fully fitted kitchen with American bar and the cosy dining room which overlooks the bbq area. To the right of the lounge there are three double bedrooms. From the covered terrace there are a few steps down to the pool and sun bathing area, the villa has a rectangular shaped pool and exterior shower.

My name is Josep Abad and I am from Menorca.
I live in Alaior but I stay many days in Son Bou, even in winter with my family and friends.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I love Son Bou resort because of the impressive Son Bou beach, on the south of the island. The most extensive beach in Menorca, three kilometres long and protected from the strong winds, all of which make it the ideal place for long walks along the shore. Its sand is fine and white and its waters turquoise.
