Notes on prices
Please note: Please inquire via email for prices for stays less or more than one week. We prefer to check in between 4pm-8pm if you are unable to book a flight that gets in between these times please let us know in advance and we can work something out. Checking in after 10pm may incur an extra fee.
Changeover day
Preferred change over day is Saturday. Check out 10am strictly. Check in after 4pm. Its difficult but not impossible to meet you after 8pm. Please be mindful of this when booking flights. If you require a variation on this rule please give 1 weeks notice.
| Bedrooms: | Main bedroom contains brand new double bed, built-in wardrobe and gorgeous view to the sea. Second bedroom has a double bed with single bunk above, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A baby's cot is also in this room and available for use. |
| Bathrooms: | Two bathrooms. Upstairs between bedrooms is a full bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and bidet. Second bathroom is downstairs with shower and toilet with access through a glass door to the laundry room with washing machine and beach supplies. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is small but well appointed. An opening in the wall allows you to chat with your guests. Fitted with a fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven and a dishwasher. There is plenty of glassware, crockery, cutlery, cookware and cooking utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Utility room comes off downstairs bathroom with washing machine (note there is no dryer but a washing line on the roof terrace - in the summer clothes try very quickly) |
| Living Rooms: | Living/dining room has balcony with fully opening french doors. Sea views and pool views and all day sunshine. There is a sofa, coffee table and a small dining table with two chairs and several folding chairs. Please note there is no TV in this apartment |
| Other: | WIFI is available at no charge. Please note there is no TV or DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and bath towels are provided - please bring your own beach towels. There is no maid service but apartment is cleaned before and after each rental to a very high standard. A maid service can be organised on request. |
Notes on accommodation
There is a cot available for use with bed linen but the apartment is not child proofed and therefore not suitable for a toddler unless you want to spend all day chasing them up and down the stairs. There are two sets of stairs to the front door (26 steps in total) and two sets of stairs inside the apartment. The interior stairs are not solid, ie. there is a gap between each stair. Parking space can be made available on request. If you require other baby items such as a bouncy chair or baby bath please let us know and we will do our best to provide.

Accessibility
This apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Outside
The shared pool is massive and very well kept, there is no pool side furniture but there are some beach chairs in the apartment that you can use. The building is set in lovely gardens. You can swim in the sea by exiting the back gate and walking a few meters to a staircase that goes down to the water. The roof terrace has a dinning table, chairs, sun lounges and a large sun umbrella. Perfect for alfresco dining.
Coast/Beach
You can walk out the back gate and swim in the sea off the coast line. There are three beaches within walking distance. Its a 20 min drive to Ibiza town and also Playa den Bossa beach. There are many other cute villages and beaches to explore either by car, motor scooter or push bike all of which can be hired from 2 different companies with offices in our street. We outline all of this information including our favourite swimming spots and restaurants in our welcome pack.
Golf
Roca Llisa Golf course is around 15 min drive away.
Travel
Approx 20 min drive from airport. Will cost between 30 - 40 euro in a taxi. You may find it more economical to hire a car for your stay as taxis are expensive and hard to come by in the height of summer. You can hire a vehicle from the airport or from either of the two companies that have offices in our street where you can hire cars, motor scooters and push bikes. There is a bus service from Santa Eulalia town to Ibiza town and most other villages. Car parking can be provided on request.

This is a non-smoking house. Please refrain from smoking indoors. Take advantage of the balcony and roof terrace to smoke while sipping a glass of wine and enjoying the amazing view!
Booking notes
Weekly rental preferred. 50% deposit must be paid on booking by bank transfer or paypal. Remaining 50% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. If booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival then full amount must be paid on booking. A 300 euro security must be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on departure providing that there is no damage to the apartment. Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks prior no cancellation charge, less than 8 wks 50% of deposit refunded, less than 2 wks no refund.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Our flat is in the third largest town on the island of Ibiza. We chose to live in Santa Eulalia because it is a decent sized town with all the amenities we need, its family friendly and quiet. We live 10 min walk from the center right next to the sea. Its peaceful and clean. Our neighbours are friendly and helpful and our building feels like a real community.
Unique benefits of the property
We are meters from the sea. Our flat get all day sunshine and rarely needs heating in the winter. We wake up every morning to the most magnificent sunrise over the sea which we enjoy from the comfort of our living room. We have a security building with a full time concierge. The complex is set in lush well kept gardens with a massive pool that is impeccably kept. We are within walking distance to 2 supermarkets as well as the convenience of the town center but still far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and calm atmosphere.
