This Villa is large and comfortable five bedroom villa with an easy distribution a very popular villa for families and groups and very friendly for partially disabled or older guests. The villa is built on two floors, with the main living area and two double bedrooms on the ground floor and three double bedrooms on the upper floor. Lying on the low area of San Jaime on a discreet cul-de-sac, its well situated close to the Club San Jaime facilities. Entering the villas vestibule, you have to your left the living area, to the right, the corridor to the ground floor dormitories and bathrooms and directly in front, you have the steps leading to the upper dormitories. The open plan lounge, comfortably furnished and welcoming leads onto the indoor dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge doors open out onto the south facing terrace, lawns and poolside area. The pool, like the villa is large and inviting.

The pool, like the villa is large and inviting, measuring 9 x 4.5m with a deep end of 1.65 and a minimum of 0.8m. Sun beds for ten surround the pool area, the summer pergola and covered terrace is also furnished for summer dining. The built in BBQ is located by the poolside. The grounds permit a spacious luxury, of lawns, border shrubs and shady corners adorned with trees for those hot days.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I love Son Bou resort because of the impressive Son Bou beach, on the south of the island. The most extensive beach in Menorca, three kilometres long and protected from the strong winds, all of which make it the ideal place for long walks along the shore. Its sand is fine and white and its waters turquoise.

The villa is perfect for for wheelchair users. There is a separate bathroom and bedroom which has wide doors for wheelchair accessibility.
