Situated in the charming Santa Ana district of Es Castell, which is a quiet residential area. It is one of a small number of two storey apartments built around a large private swimming pool, surrounded by lawns and trees. The apartment is upstairs on the first floor. There are two bedrooms both containing single beds. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. The living room is open plan containing the lounge / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, full oven, grill, microwave and fridge. A safe is provided for your valuables. The lounge area contains a TV combi and Sky television and a small collection of CDs for CD/radio player.

Changeover day
As a rule Fridays but this can be changed with agreement with owner.

| Living Rooms: | Dining room has one settee for 3 persons, armchair, extending dining table with four chairs. TV combo for videos and Sky satellite a music centre for tapes / cd / radio the apartment is double glazed and has air conditioning. |
| Other: | The living room opens out to a balcony overlooking the large pool area you may sit on the balcony with four chairs and a table. There is a safe and the combination can be obtained from owner. The front door has two keys both should be double locked. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels (not beach) are provided and beds are made up by owners staff. Weekly change by staff it is cleaned before entry and at the end of occupation. Any problems with apartment staff can be contacted by number on side of microwave. |

Accessibility
The apartment is on a small complex of 50 apartments and not high rise one set on ground floor and some on first floor which we have so you have somebody under you but not above. There is a handrail on the stairs and a security light which comes on at the top of the stairs.
Outside
Gardens and lawns and tiled area around the large pool there is also a small pool for toddlers.
Coast/Beach
There are over a hundred beaches around the island.
Golf
There is a 18 hole golf course 20 minute drive away.
Special interest holidays
There are a great many walks around the Island.

You are in the town of Es Castell and a bus ride of ten minutes away from the capital Mahon 25 mins walk.
Further details
Many good restaurants in Es Castell and 5 minute walk to the quaint harbour of Cales Fons and many restaurants.
Booking notes
A deposit of £50 a week is required. The remainder paid eight weeks before departure. Flights/car hire can be arranged if needed.

I am a retired School Teacher My subjects were Physical Education and Mathematics. I played Rugby For Durham University Bridgwater & Albion, Taunton. Played most other sports. I am married with two grown up children and four grandchildren. My interests are travelling and supporting Somerset County Cricket Club. Now play Golf and Snooker. We have owned our apartment in Menorca for Thirty Years.
