Beach directly opposite, on the famous pine walk in Puerto Pollença. Just seconds from the beach. With marvelous views onto the pine walk and sea front, with a furnished balcony.
Golf
Pollenca Golf Club is located 10 kilometres from Puerto Pollensa, bordered to the sea to the north, and by Alcudia to the east. The club is located at 49.3km on the Palma-Pollenca road. Nine holes of golf, perfectly integrated into the beautiful local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollenca and Alcudia and s’Albufereta reserve. By the end of the first round, the visitor will surely agree that challenge, variety, and harmony with nature are focal points around which the club’s success is built. Golf Pollenca was opened in 1986 and underwent a complete renovation programme in the year 2000 to bring it to the excellent standard it boasts today. The greens are maintained in perfect condition and there are two lakes and much indigenous vegetation, above all olive and pine trees. Underlining our commitment to the environment, the golf course is irrigated using purified water.

10 minute drive to Pollença's historic old town and 15 minute drive to Alcudia and Puerto Alcudia.

There is a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, including several of the best fish restaurants on the zone.
Drink: There are several English and Irish bars, in the pretty square mixing with designer cocktail bars and is the perfect place to soak up the friendly nightlife.
Weekly Market: Every Wednesday 08.00 to 13.00 selling fresh products and local delicacies as well as flowers and craft goods.
Discover: The Boquer Valley walk is a famous and picturesque walk from Puerto Pollença which takes about an hour to walk to the lovely Cala Boquer beach.
Supermarkets: Large Eroski (formerly Caprabo)at the entrance to the Port on the left opposite the petrol station open Mon-Sat 9am-10pm Sun 10am-2pm. There are a number of smaller supermarkets in the Port.
Booking notes
25% deposit at the time of booking or full payment if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
If we are unable to accept your booking we shall return your deposit immediately.
The balance of the rental price must be paid 10 weeks prior to departure or at the time of booking within 10 weeks, if we do not receive this balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.
