Two sides of this spacious, beautifully furnished, lounge has floor to ceiling glass making the apartment wonderfully bright and airy. In the lounge is a plasma TV with DVD player and for internet users there is a Wi-Fi connection. The large 'L' shaped terrace is ideal for just relaxing or dining with friends. The American style kitchen is fitted to a very high standard and has everything you'd need including oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. In the adjacent utility room there's a washing machine and tumble dryer. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, plenty of storage and a high specification en-suite bathroom which has a bath, power shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has a large double bed and the third has two twin beds. The second bathroom is the same specification as the en-suite except there is no bath. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is an audio entry system for your security and convenience.

Accessibility

Outside
The outdoor, private (to the apartments), pool is surrounded by a teak decked area with sun-loungers. Both are set in well maintained 'Miami' style gardens.

Coast/Beach
The beach at Talamanca bay is only a few minutes walk from the apartments. The Marina Botofoch is even closer.

Golf
The Roca Lisa golf course is only a few kilometres away.

Travel
Ibiza airport is around 6 kilometres and the port in Ibiza town is about 1.5 kilometres.

Distances
The Dalt Vila (old town) is about 1.5 kilometres from the apartment and is reached by walking along the marina and harbour. The island has many attractions and the apartment is ideally placed to visit them all. For those who enjoy nightlife, the legendary Pacha nightclub is just under a kilometre away.

Further details
The Talamanca beach and Marina Botofoch area is blessed with many wonderful bars, shops and restaurants. There are even more in the centre of town and the Dalt Vila area which is only about 1.5kms away.

Booking notes
If you would like to reserve the apartment, then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. This can either be paid in full straight away or you can pay 20% now with the remaining 30% payable six weeks before arrival. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival. The deposit can either be paid by bank transfer or via PayPal, a safe and secure online payment system. Use of the PayPal method carries an extra 2.5% cost but it does mean the payment can be made over the internet.
