This luxurious and spacious four bedroom apartment with fully integrated air-conditioning is located directly on the beach. Its large terrace overlooks the beautiful garden and infinity pool area that leads on to the beach and sea. The expensively fitted modern kitchen has everything you may need to cook the perfect meal. There are two stylish bathrooms both with power showers. The apartment is stylishly decorated throughout with quality furniture and has a wireless internet connection. In the lounge is a cable TV with a DVD player that also plays CDs. The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and there's is an audio entry system for your security and peace of mind. It is a short walk along the beach to a ferry which takes you directly into the harbour of Ibiza old town. There are plenty of shops, bars and clubs nearby, but the apartment itself is a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

We are flexible on our change over day. Check in is usually around 2 pm on the day of arrival. Check out is at midday.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a kingsize bed as does bedroom two. The two remaining bedrooms both have twin beds in them. Freshly laundered bed linen is provided.
Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom complete with bath, power shower, toilet, wash basin and bidet. Bathroom two is the same except it has a bath/shower rather than a separate shower cubicle. A selection of freshly laundered towels is provided.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a cooker with hob, a fridge freezer, microwave and kettle. All cooking utensils are provided as are cutlery and crockery.
Utility Room: The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area. There is also a limited amount of cleaning equipment.
Living Rooms: The lounge area is stylishly furnished and has a large sofa that comfortably seats eight people. The sliding doors leads on to the terrace where there is dining facilities for eight. The lounge has a flat screen TV with DVD that also plays CDs.

Fresh towels and bedlinen is provided at the start of your stay. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before you check in and when you check out.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment would be ideal for families with children. Adjacent to the man pool is a smaller children's pool.

Accessibility
Although the apartment hasn't been specially adapted it would be considered wheelchair friendly.

Outside
The terrace overlooks the beautiful, lush gardens and infinity swimming pool. The garden is wonderfully lit up at night. The pool is private to the Bossa Beach apartment block. An electric outdoor barbecue can be provided if required.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is directly on Bossa beach. Ibiza has many other beautiful beaches some of which are only a short distance from the apartment.

Golf
The nearest golf course would be at Roca Lisa which is about 5kms away.

Travel
Ibiza airport is approximately 5kms away. Ibiza has two main ports, San Antonio and Ibiza town itself. San Antonio is around 12kms away whilst Ibiza town is much closer and is approximately 2kms.

Distances
The centre of Ibiza town is about 2kms from the apartment. Here you'll find the historic Dalt Vila, the port and marina, many wonderful shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and night clubs. The island has many places of interest and the apartment is ideally located as a base for visiting them all.

Further details
There are many shops bars and restaurants near the apartment including essentials such as a Spar, bank and chemist.

Booking notes
If you would like to reserve the apartment, then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. This can either be paid in full straight away or you can pay 20% now with the remaining 30% of the deposit payable six weeks before arrival. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival.
