Two bedroom, family owned, first floor apartment that sleeps 4 persons, in the charming Son Bou Gardens. The apartment is close to the main swimming pool with children's area, water flumes and maze. There is a south facing balcony with patio set overlooking the gardens. Son Bou beach, regarded as the best in Menorca is a short 10/15 minute walk. Son Bou resort has many shops, restaurants, bars and a bowling alley. This all makes for a perfect family holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday. Other changeover days may be accommodated depending on availability. Rentals are from 14.00 on day of arrival to 10.00 on day of departure.

Towels and linen are included. The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival. Towels and linen are changed weekly for 2 week let. Beach towels not supplied. |

Notes on accommodation
No pets. No smoking inside the apartment. Not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access or people with walking difficulties due to steps to the apartment.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor accessible via a short fight of stairs.
Outside
The apartment overlooks well maintained, spacious gardens with views toward the marsh/bird sanctuary area and sea.
Coast/Beach
Son Bou beach is a 10-15 minute walk. This long sandy beach is regarded as the best on the island. Facilities include 3 beach bars, toilets and a life guard station. Sun beds and parasols are available to hire with local charge. If driving a large car park is alongside the beach.
Golf
The nearest golf course is in Son Park with a 18 hole course and is approximately 20 mins by car.
Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 12 miles from the apartment. The nearest town is Aliaor some 4 miles away. Car hire is available but not essential. There is a very good bus service to the main towns on the island. Bus stop 2 min walk from the apartment.
Further details
Supermarket and small shopping area including medical centre, bakery and launderette all within 2 minute walk. This area also has public telephone and cash machine facilities. Scuba diving available with Son Bou Diving. Restaurants and bars nearby.

£100 non-refundable deposit payable on confirmation of booking. With balance due 8 weeks prior to the departure date from the UK. Please remember to arrange your own travel insurance.
