Notes on accommodation
Bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for summer, radiators and fire for winter. House is not suitable for toddlers due to open stair case and roof terrace.
Accessibility
There are steps to the house and the guest apartment and a steep stair case to the master bedroom.
Outside
Gardens of 6000m2 comprising mostly large courtyard. There are several terraces with covered outdoor seating including one with a pool table. There are beautiful Patricia Uriquiola sun loungers. Master bedroom has sofa terrace with outdoor sofa and guest apartment has covered terrace with bubble chair.
Coast/Beach
Benirras beach is a 10 minute drive. Salinas and Es Cavallet are a 15 minute drive. Acquas Blancas is approximately 20 minutes away.
Travel
The house is a 20 minute drive from Ibiza airport. A car is essential as the house is a 25 minute walk (some of it along an unpaved camino) to Santa Gertrudis, the nearest village.
Distances
Santa Gertrudis is a 5 minute drive and a 25 minute walk. Santa Gertrudis has supermarkets, banks, a post office and some of the island's finest restaurants, Baachus and Cafe Macau. La Paloma, in San Lorenzo, is a 10 minute drive away.
