Accommodation on first floor comprises of two twin rooms, bathroom and own sitting room with sat TV, internet access, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. We never have guests sharing bathrooms etc, everything stated is for your personal use.

Continental breakfast served on ground floor in dining room. Laundry facilities available. Hairdryers and fans also provided.

Large private totally enclosed extensive gardens with various palms, cactus, fruit trees etc. 10 metre swimming pool,outside dining area, sun loungers, parasols. Towels provided. Ample free car parking.

30 minutes drive to east coast Cala Ratjada, Portocristo, Porto Colom.
30 minutes drive to south coast Es Trenc, Colonia de Sant Jordi (ferry to Cabrera)

20 minutes from Palma airport. Car hire recommended to tour the beautiful island of Mallorca. Airport pickup and drop off available upon request (at extra cost).

10 minutes to Sineu the best market on the island (Wed). 5 minutes to manor house and farm Els Calderers. 20 minutes to Cura (Randa). Palma 30 minutes (all by car).

Further details
5 minute walk to local bars and restaurants, mainly serving mallorquin dishes and one pizzeria, several banks, post office, local bakery and supermarkets. Many interesting sign posted walking and cycling paths.

Hi, my name is Peter. I live with my wife Deborah and daughter Toni, in the beautiful Mallorcan countryside. We have lived here since 2009, we are originally from the north east of England.

Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
We love this village because it is a world apart from most peoples conception of Mallorca. It is like stepping back in time,There is no mass tourism, fast food outlets and the local people in the village are all very friendly.

Unique benefits of the property
The finca is down a small dirt track with a few neighbours, it feels very isolated and remote but it is only a 5 minute walk to the village.
