This is a first floor apartment situated on a small private complex of eight apartments positioned around a large swimming pool in beautiful landscape gardens. The accommodation is light and sunny and the apartment has the benefit of balcony areas front and back as well as a large roof terrace area for sunbathing and entertaining. The apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard and there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants all within a short walking distance. The lovely horse-shoe bay with beautiful sandy beach ideal for children is a five minute walk from the apartment.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Friday but we can be flexible.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed and single bed. Fold away bed provides one extra if required. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 with bath/shower, wc etc. Bathroom 2 with shower, wc etc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster together with adequate storage. There are also facilities for ironing. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge dining area with patio doors leading onto balcony area. Lounge is furnished with L shaped leather settee and designer dining table and chairs. There is also television with Sky freeveiw along with DVD player and music system. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels (not beach) and linen are included and changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned on arrival and exit. |

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is provided to bedrooms only. Young children should be supervised regarding the stairs and the balcony.

The balconies have tables, chairs and loungers. Balconies overlook attractive gardens and pool area.
Coast/Beach
The bay is particularly safe for family bathing and is approximately 5 min walk from the apartment.
Travel
The apartment is approximately 25 minutes from Mahon airport.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking with the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival.
Dates of arrival and departure together with flight times are essential for cleaning etc.
