The villa comes with maid service once a week, gardener once a week. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely private south facing Mediterranean garden with sun terraces which enjoy the sun all day, with some loungers and a romantic viewpoint over the sea. There is a large covered chill out seating area in the first floor that offers panoramic 180 degree views of the sea as well two outside dining areas.

Coast/Beach
Porroig bay is only a 5 minutes walk away, and offers anchorage for any type of yacht. It is 3 mins driving from Es Xarcu, with the exclusive 'chiringuito' Mariano. 5 mins from Cala Jondal beach with its fantastic cuisine and beach clubs, and Es Torrent and Es Cubell beach.

Golf
There is a quality golf club on the central east of the island. This is 20 mins drive from the house. There is an 18 hole course and a 9 hole course.

Travel
Ibiza airport 15 mins drive. Ibiza port 20 mins drive. Car hire is highly recommended.

5 kilometers to Es Cubells supermarket.
8 kilometers to Sant Josep.
8 kilometers to Cala d'Hort.
20 kilometers to Sant Antonio.
18 kilometers to Ibiza.

Further details
In Sant Josep, you find everything including banks, restaurants, supermarket, local shops, newspapers from all the world, etc.
Around the villa (5-10 kilometers) is the village, with its church, of Sant Josep, Sa Talaia (the highest hill, 475m, of the isle), Cala d'Hort, Es Cubells, Cap Llentrisca, la Punta de Porroig, natural park of Ses Salines.

Booking notes
50% is to be made at the time of booking and 50% 1 week prior to arrival. An 800 euros inventory and breakages deposit is payable before or on arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full, subject to the there being no damage or breakages.
