Villa finished in 2005 set in a very peaceful area at the end of a street and surrounded by a protected natural area. The villa has a small front and back private garden facing to the shared areas with a lovely garden and a nice and quiet pool. This type of villa provides a great base for families who can relax at the house private garden while children move around the common green space or have with other children a swim at the pool. There are very few developments like this in the whole of the island. Accommodation is on 2 floors and has a large upper sun terrace with great sea views. The villa is on a quiet residential road at Punta Grossa. However, the small but lively centre of the commercial area with bars, restaurants, supermarket is within a short walk. The beach is also a few minutes walk just crossing a nice pine forest.

Accessibility
Ground floor with bedroom 1, with no steps out to the pool and terrace from the sitting and dining rooms.

Outside
The villa has a small private garden with grass and outdoor garden surrounding the house. There’s is also a common outside garden with a big pool bathed in sun all day. Large roof terrace with table and chairs - ideal for sunset drinks! with beautiful views to the sea and the island. Large, landscaped gardens encompass the villa with mature plants and trees and there is private off-road parking at the front of the house. Next to the pool area there is an outside shower. A stone wall surrounds the land.

Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to Arenal de Castell Beach. There is a nice restaurant on the way down with lovely sunsets from the terrace. Arenal is a large and sandy beautiful beach with a calm and quite water. It is possible to snorkel and even the locals come in their diving suits and swim out to catch big fish with harpoons.

Golf
Son Parc golf course is very popular and a short drive (10 minutes) from the house.

Travel
Mahon airport and main town is around a 20 minute drive away. Direct flights can be obtained from Gatwick, Luton and other UK airports. Car hire is not essential.

Distances
The nearest town, Es Mercadal, is 9.5km from the house. Mahon, Menorca Capital, is 18.5km from the house. The second important city of Menorca, Ciutadella is 43km away.

Further details
Supermarket, shops, tennis club, hotels etc are 10 minutes walking distance.

Booking notes
To book our villa we require 30% of the rental price. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. We require a security deposit 8 weeks prior to departure. This will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the house by our housekeeper.

About the owner
I am Alexandra, owner of this lovey villa in the north of Menorca. We bought this house four years ago with the idea of spending long summers in the island. I decorated myself looking for a comfortable space but at the same time an attractive and easy house to keep clean. I have 3 children and this house has been perfect for them and for us. We have common areas for those moments in where children demand to be with other children, but also a private garden to be calm when you need it. The house is 200 m from the beach, 200 m from the supermarket or restaurant.
