The Tramontana Comminity comprises 25 privately owned terraced villas. It has a large private pool with a separate baby area attached, and while relaxing in the peaceful gardens you can watch boats of all sizes, which seem improbably close as they pass. Nearby ia an excellent cafe where you can eat in or order a take away from the main menu and a small shop to top up supplies. The small town of Es Castell is about 5/10 minutes walk away where you can enjoy the many waterfront restaurants and bars. and also stock up at the local supermarket. Mahon is only 10 minutes away by car or bus with its shops and interesting harbour side promenade.

Notes on accommodation
The two first floor bedrooms have air-conditioning which is available between 7pm and 8am. the top floor bedroom and lounge have fans. Wall mounted and free standing electric room heaters are available.
For customers free Wi Fi is avaliable at Sol Naciente restaurant/bar, which is situated 300 yards at the top of the road.
Accessibility
This property is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to spiral stairways.
Outside
The living room opens onto a private patio which overlooks the bay and has outdoor furniture and 4 sun loungers. The large pool is shared between the 25 private houses. There is also car park.
Coast/Beach
There is a wide variety of beaches among the 126 which are spread over the island.
Golf
The Son Parc golf course is about 20 minutes by car and is open to visitors.
