Loft apartment with big terrace in Santa Catalina, Palma de Mallorca. Santa Catalina is a trendy part of Palma with its food market surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops just a short stroll from Paseo Maritimo and Club Nautico. The apartment is recently refurbished in a bright modern style, although we left the beautiful wooden beams in the ceilings. The apartment has an open plan loft style, is 92sq.m big plus 24sq.m furnished terrace with a gas barbecue. WIFI internet.

Coast/Beach
The coast is a 2 minutes walk away and to the nearest beach is about 15 minutes with the bus. Mallorca has many beautiful beaches reached with bus or car.
Golf
We have more then 15 golf courses in Mallorca and it will take you 15 minutes to the nearest.
Travel
Our airport Son San Juan is only 10-15 minutes away. Taxi is about 25 euros, but you can also take the bus that stops 300 metres from the apartment.

Further details
The famous food market Mercat de Santa Catalina is 30 metres from the front door. It is the supply for many restaurants and yachts. A must for everybody! And if you still don't fancy cooking we have the best restaurants in Palma around the corner. Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, French, Chinese, Japanese, Fusion etc!
