Villa Escape is a traditionally designed large Mallorquian style villa. It is set in well maintained private gardens with truly exceptional views and a deep blue private pool. It is situated in the peaceful yet exclusive Cala Moragues area and only a 10 minute walk from the busy working port, Puerto Andtrax. All bedrooms have magnificent views over the bay and across to Isla Dragonara which is situated in the National Park. There are a variety of covered and open terraces providing plenty of space for relaxation and privacy.

Notes on accommodation
The pool can be heated for lets in the cooler months. Please apply to the owner for current charges. Suitable for couples or families with children although we ask that due to the presence of some good furniture that small children are supervised at all times. Smoking is not allowed inside but only on the terraces.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users due to the number of steps.
Outside
Private deep swimming pool which can be heated if desired at extra cost. Large secluded plot with well planted garden. 2 charcoal bbq's. 10 wooden sunloungers with mattresses, various other chairs, sofas and occasional tables distributed around the grounds. Outdoor dining table which will seat 12 easily. Pool shower room with w/c. Double garage.
Coast/Beach
5 min walk to sandy beach in Puerto Andtrax. 5 min drive to beautiful beach and beach club at Cala Llamp. 10 min drive to San T'elm or Camp de Mar.
Golf
Andratx Golf Course 18 hole, par 72 is a 10 minute drive away. Numerous courses at Camp de Mar and Santa Ponza Golf Club.
Travel
35 mins drive from Palma Airport. Drivers can arrive at Alcudia (45 mins drive) on the ferry from Barcelona. Car hire not essential locally as taxis are reasonably priced but to make the most of the island, it is recommended.
Distances
Palma city is a 20 mins drive away. Andtrax town a 10 minute drive.
Further details
5-10 mins walking time to the newly refurbished Puerto Andtrax yacht club which is a lovely location for lunch or dinner. Alternatively, carry on to the port where you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets - everything you will ever need.
Andtrax town is a 10 minute drive away into the mountains and is a charming old fashioned community. You should not miss its local market every Wednesday morning.
Valdemossa, Deia and Soller are wonderful sites to visit. You can take the coast road for a scenic drive or else head back to Palma and take the motorway.
Teenagers will love Magalluf (15 mins drive away). There are also two water parks there.
Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit on booking. The balance payable 6 weeks before the holiday. A refundable bond of E1000 is required and will be returned as long as there is no major damage. The owners require that the house is returned to them cleaned. Arrangements can be made for this to be done by the housekeeper if clients so wish at local cost.
