This villa is situated in the most beautiful part of the island. San Jose is actually half way up the largest mountain in Ibiza Sa Talaia. The views are sublime. On a good day you can see the mainland and Majorca. The house it's self is wonderfully grand with it's fortress like gates and the romantic tower which is charming and traditional. The decor is bohemian and contemporary, with a spiral staircase and sofa's adorning the rooms. The private pool is secluded and has an outside shower and huge outside kitchen/barbecue area. All the bedrooms open onto there own balcony, with views across the wild valley. The house is full of mod cons, with home cinema system, Sky TV, air-conditioning. You can also survive without car hire as everything you could wish for is within walking distance, taxi's, great restaurants and local buses. The villa is perfect for winter breaks as it has heating.

Check in is 4pm. Check out 10am. Changeover day is Saturday, we are more flexible in the winter and early summer season.

| Other: | We have just had sky installed, which has all the free view channels on it as it only has a free view card. It does not have BBC channels. If you have sky at home bring your card with you and you can use your card in the box. |

Notes on accommodation
The house has heating meaning it's perfect for winter breaks, especially as the Ryan air flights are so cheap in the winter! The house is air-conditioned which is a major bonus in the summer months.
Outside
The pool and surrounding terraces have orange trees and palms dotted around, again with the views to the wild countryside. There is a fully equipped outside kitchen with a large barbecue. There are also sun loungers, outside shower for your use.
Coast/Beach
You are only a 10 minute drive to the best and most exclusive beach's on the island. My particular favourites are Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella. White powdery sand and deep turquoise waters they are a true paradise.
Golf
The golf course is a 30 minute drive away.
Travel
The airport is only a 10 minute drive away, car hire is not essential as you have taxi's and a reliable local bus service.
Distances
You are a 2 minute walk from the beautiful village of San Jose, with it's ancient church and boutiques. Ibiza town is a 15 minute drive away. All the best west coast beaches are a 10 minute drive away.
Further details
I would urge you to go and explore San Jose, especially the tapas restaurant arguably the best on the island, make sure you book! The boutiques and shops are well worth a look around for unique gifts and there are banks and supermarkets on your front door.

Our journey started as a long love affair for the island of Ibiza & later a mission: to find beautiful villas for like minded people whilst preserving the stunning, rustic character of each villa & adding our very own touch of bohemia. We have 6years interior design experience & 15 years travel industry experience combined & soon discovered that others shared our love for the island & our in-house style, plus the finer things in life. Over the last 3 years we have rented properties to people from all over the globe. Nowhere else offers the amazing combination of fantastic music, excellent restaurants, beautiful beaches & phenomenal sunsets that keeps bringing us back to Ibiza time & time again.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
My favourite village has always been San Jose, it sits high in the hills in the centre of 'Sanjoseland' and has everything a person might want: shops (fabulous boutiques ladies!), bars, restaurants, a church, a shady arbor, benches, charming winding streets. I love Sitting in the cool summer garden of Es Raco Verd and listening to Jazz and Blues and hear the pleasant conversations of the cosmopolitan clientele. Casa Gilda is a 5 minute stroll away, I still get a buzz when I see the twinkling lights of the porch illuminating the clear night sky and the black hills surrounding it. Perfect.
Unique benefits of the property
Casa Boho is built in a traditional way with it's twisting Ibicencan tower but importantly has all the luxuries and mod cons that you take for granted. You can take a stroll into San Jose and not have the hassle of taking a car, which means you have plenty of time for taking in the sights and relaxing into your holiday. All the bedrooms have there own balcony with views to the dramatic mountains and stunning countryside. The views are one of the main reasons I fell in love with the property, they are truly inspiring. The beach's are all a 10 minute drive away, which is convenient and stress free. The local taxi's and buses are a stroll away and in proximity to the Ibiza town and the airport are a great bonus.
