Towels and bedlinen are included and changed weekly. Beach towels not supplied so please bring your own. The villa is cleaned for your arrival and then on your departure. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for families and couples. Room fans are available. There is parking at the villa. Travel cots and highchairs available to rent.
Accessibility
The villa is set over 2 levels so may not be suitable for people with mobility problems as there are stairs.
Outside
There is a private swimming pool with sun bathing terraces, sun beds, parasol and outside dining table and chairs. The views from the garden are fantastic. The front garden is gated and has a parking space.
Coast/Beach
The villa is set in an enviable front line position over looking the harbour which can be reached by steps so you can have a dip in the sea here. The nearest beaches are about 10 minutes by car.
Golf
Son Parc golf club is about 20 mins drive.
Travel
The villa is about a 10 minute drive from Mahon airport and 5 minutes from the port. Car hire in not essential as you have everything near by but it is recommended if you wish to explore the island.
Distances
Es Castell is 5 minutes walk, Mahon the capital is just 5 minutes by car, Ciutadella is 30 minutes by car, Son Parc golf course is 20 mins drive, San Lluis is 5 mins drive.
Further details
Es Castell is a busy Menorquin town with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants, chemist, doctors surgery, hairdressers, banks, small supermarket, bakeries, butchers, play park, town square, Anglican church and much more. Boat trips can be made from Calas Fons where there is also a water taxi running to Mahon. The fabulous Es Castell fiesta is on around the 24th/25th July, enjoy the excellent firework display from the villa's privileged position.
Booking notes
To secure a booking a non returnable deposit of £200 per week is due at the time of booking with the final balance being due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit is required.
